Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Leo Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 15-day guarantee from the date you receive your order, with a simple and straightforward process for returns and exchanges.


General Conditions

  • Items must be new, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original condition.
  • You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a faulty item or an error on our part.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • To ensure your shoes are protected during transit, please return them in their original box and packaging, or in suitable protective packaging.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items not returned in their original condition, including damaged packaging, dirty or marked soles, signs of wear, or missing parts not caused by our error.
  • Items returned after the 15-day period.

Promotion – 40% Off the Second Pair

If the higher-priced item is returned, the promotion will be cancelled and the lower-priced item (to which the discount was applied) will be charged at its original price.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

Return Cost: Royal Mail: €12.95

Process:

  1. Email us at info@leomilanoshop.com with your order number to request a return or exchange.
  2. You will receive a return label.
  3. Send the item back using the designated courier.
  4. For an exchange, place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
  5. Refunds will be processed 1–2 days after we receive your item and should appear in your account within 2–5 working days (up to 10 working days depending on your bank).

🇮🇪 Ireland

Return Cost: An Post: €12.95

Process:
